Cleat Mounted Dock Buddie attaches to most 12" standard dock cleats and ships with 3 configurable line holding heights 1.5' 3' or 4.5'. Other cleat sizes / types can be supported by request.

Dock Buddie is a simple yet innovative device to aid in docking your boat. It can help eliminate the need for your crew to jump off the boat, fetch the lines which have sometimes fallen in the water, and pass them to a deck mate to secure to the boat. Having quick and easy access to spring or stern lines can help to avoid hitting the dock or your dock neighbor's boat. Dock Buddie does not require screwing to the dock, which is prohibited by many marinas.

Good idea, too flimsy for real life. Make it more sturdy and you have something. This one broke on first use.

I ordered the new design with the dock mount. Service was awesome with great communication. Everything arrived complete and easily mounted to the dock. We have used it a few time coming into the dock and it performs well and makes river docking so much easier by quickly retrieving and cleating the bow line. I would highly recommend this product.

Great design and easy to install. My boat is low to water and so I like that I can adjust the height. I sail into and out of the dock by myself and this lets me do that stress freee.

Product works as promised. Prompt delivery, installation instructions clear and easy. Include an auxiliary plug which I didn’t need. I have a Saffier 27 daysailer with no dock lines so using one to hold the spring line and a second for the bow line allowing me to dock without having to leave the wheel or the boat as I sail alone. I set the height to 36 inches.
